General Terms of Use of the malfroid.com website

The website malfroid.com (the “Site”) is published by MALFROID SARL (see the Legal Notice). Use of the Site is subject to these General Terms of Use. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them. MALFROID SARL may amend them at any time; the version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your use.

Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. Access and equipment costs are borne by the user. MALFROID SARL endeavours to ensure continuous access to the Site but cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions, in particular for maintenance.

Customer account

Creating an account lets you keep your delivery details and track your orders. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details; any order placed using them is deemed to be yours. In the event of fraudulent use, inform us immediately at contact@malfroid.com. You may request the deletion of your account at any time.

Purchases

Purchases made on the Site are governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (trademarks, designs, drawings, photographs, videos, texts, logos, layout) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to MALFROID SARL or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of MALFROID SARL is prohibited. Copying pages of the Site for strictly private use is tolerated, provided that the copyright notices are kept.

Links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites that MALFROID SARL does not control. They are provided for convenience and do not imply any endorsement of their content. Setting up a link to the Site is subject to the prior written permission of MALFROID SARL.

Liability

MALFROID SARL endeavours to publish accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that there are no errors. Product photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible; slight variations in colour may exist, in particular because of how screens render them. MALFROID SARL cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law and drafted in French. In the event of a dispute, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge (CMAP, see the Legal Notice). Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any more favourable provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of residence.
