Again, it’s a matter of taste. The Villalys probably draws its timelessness from the source of a very French taste: this archetypal design with a single buckle is oh so classic and goes back a long way in our history so much so that our ancestors already wore such shoes in some paintings of the 17th century that we like to call “Grand Siècle“. A shoe suspended in time, sheltered from fashion hysteria, reborn constantly and already ahead of its time. Such a shoe allows a kaleidoscope of styles.
Rarely has a pair of Malfroid shoes opened the imagination so much. Comfortable in every way thanks to its Superleggera sole, soft and light as a feather.
